The Town of Fountain Hills will also be administering a $300,000 grant program to local non-profit organizations with savings from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. Grant funding from this program can be utilized for eligible expenses such as: operating expenses, lease/mortgage assistance, lost revenue due to the pandemic, purchase/installation of public safety equipment/devices to help protect customers and employees through limiting the spread of COVID-19.

- While the total amount of the fund is $300,000, it is not likely that any individual grant award will exceed $5,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any active non-profit designation is eligible to apply (Please note this is not limited to only 501 (c)(3) designations).
- All applicants will be verified by the Arizona Corporation Commission to ensure each applicant is in good standing and holds an active status.
- Located within the Fountain Hills municipal boundary and can provide an address within Fountain Hills.
- Began operations on or before January 1, 2021 and still operating as of the date that funding is awarded.
- All Applicants must agree to provide the Town with adequate documentation regarding the use of the grant funds and documentation of expenditures related to use of funds.
