Eligibility Criteria
Harford County Cultural Arts Board considers applications and awards grant funding on the basis of the following criteria:
- Artist is a Harford County resident.
- Demonstrated proof of artistic practice.
- Members of the Harford County Cultural Arts Board and their immediate families and households are not eligible.
