Details:

Reddix Rules Cohort 3, an entrepreneur grant and training program, will launch in May of 2022 to empower and develop 10 women-of-color entrepreneurs. This initiative is led by Dr. Angela D. Reddix, an innovative leader, community builder, successful entrepreneur, and proven entrepreneur coach. After 15 years in business, she is mission-driven to continue to teach, lead, and develop with greater impact.

Designed to empower 10 small women-of-color businesses in the U.S., Reddix Rules Cohort 3 will have three (3) key components to assist these owners through an immersive entrepreneurship training, mental wellness coaching, and mentorship. Each participant receives $500 and enters into a Pitch Competition that awards $20K for a total of $25K in business funding. This type of investment of knowledge, leadership, and monetary support helps develop businesses while transforming communities by giving opportunities for more jobs.

Toal prizes amount totaling $25K.

  • Established women-of-color Virginia-based business owners
  • They’re proudly are empowering women ages 40 and forward
  • Established EIN number
  • Minimum annual sales of $50K and eager to achieve scalability
  • Submit a video entry with your unique story and your purpose to building your business.
