With this solicitation, Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) seeks to increase the technological investigative capacity and associated training of Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force personnel nationwide through the development, refinement, and advancement of widely used investigative tools, methods, and technologies that address child pornography (herein referred to as child sexual abuse material – CSAM), exploitation, and sex trafficking.

The goal of this program is to increase the technological investigative capacity and associated training of law enforcement, prosecutors, and other professionals nationwide to combat CSAM and online child sexual exploitation, including cases of child sex trafficking.
Objectives
OJJDP has developed the following program objectives.
- Category 1
- Support the development of widely used investigative tools, methods, and technologies that address CSAM and online child sexual exploitation, including cases of child sex trafficking.
- Category 2
- Support the enhancement and/or refinement of widely used investigative tools, methods, and technologies that address CSAM and online child sexual exploitation, including cases of child sex trafficking.
- Category 3
- Increase the amount and availability of new skill-based training for the law enforcement community and prosecutorial agencies nationwide on widely used tools, methods, and technologies that address CSAM and online child sexual exploitation, including cases of child sex trafficking.
