This one-time grant cycle is made possible by generous funding from a private family foundation.
This grant cycle will accept all food and hunger requests but place special emphasis on Nutrition Security. Nutrition security means foods and beverages that promote well-being, prevent disease, and if needed, treat disease. Programs should target at least one of the following: individuals who are lower-income, special populations, racial and ethnic minorities, or geographically remote populations.
Grant requests will be accepted ranging from $1,000 – $25,000. One or two larger, innovative projects involving partnerships will be funded up to $50,000. Grant requests must be no more than 50% of the total project budget.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a tax-exempt nonprofit organization serving Collier County, FL residents AND
- Applicant must be in operation and provide services for two full fiscal years and have filed a nonprofit tax return before applying for grants
- Applications must be relevant to Collier County.
- Applicants must agree to the Community Foundation’s Statement of Diversity.
- Applicants must agree to report back to the Community Foundation on relevant outcomes of funding.
