The Catalyst program welcomes artists of all disciplines, art forms, and educational backgrounds, as long as they are actively engaged in some sort of creative practice at the time of the program.
Throughout the program you will access professional development resources and knowledge on building a sustainable practice and further develop your skills on working in community.
Catalysts selected for the program take part in:
- Studio classes led by industry professionals from across the country
- Interactive workshops
- Panel discussions with groundbreaking artistic leaders
- A conversation with a VIP Keynote Speaker
- Collaborative projects, open mics, jam sessions and more.
Criteria
To be eligible to participate in this program, applicants must meet all the requirements listed below. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
- You must be between the ages of 18-26.
- You must currently reside in Los Angeles County.
- You must be a practicing artist.
- You can commit to participating in each day of the program, July 18th – July 21st.
