EPHT is committed to centering access to health care by addressing barriers, navigating systems of care, and supporting person-centric medical services. Funding supports primary care, chronic disease, and mental health services across the spectrum of care.

EPHT accepts Stage One Applications (LOIs) for program/project funding or general operating support in alignment with the following priority areas:
- Access to Health Care
- Chronic Disease
- Regional Access Focus: Dental Care
Funding Information
Requests for one-year or multi-year funding may be considered for up to $25,000 annually.

Eligibility Criteria
EPHT funding will prioritize organizations and services that address barriers and improve health and wellbeing for people living in or near a geographic area of 25 zip codes in St. Louis City, St Louis County, and the East Metro.
