The County of Maui, through its Department of Housing, requests proposals from any public agency, private non-profit organization, community land trust, or private for-profit entity for Affordable Housing Fund-eligible projects that will provide housing for families earning 140% and below of the County of Maui’s median family income as established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
