The mission of the DevTo Support Foundation is to empower disadvantaged youth to become independent, self-sufficient, and productive community members and to enhance the physical, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional well being of youth, individuals and families in Southern California.
The Foundation supports programs in Orange County, the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas that build strong families and communities; provide educational opportunities for disadvantaged and underserved youth; and foster a nurturing and caring environment. These include mentoring and enrichment programs, sports-related programs for youth and drug and alcohol recovery programs.

The mission of the Foundation is to:

- Enhance the physical, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional well being of individuals and families in Orange County and the Coachella Valley.
Focus of Foundation Grants
The Foundation uses its resources to support programs that:
- Build strong families and communities
- Provide educational opportunities to the disadvantaged and underserved youth
- Support a nurturing and caring community
- Enhance the intellectual, spiritual, and emotional well being of the individual and family.
Funding Priorities
- Mentoring and enrichment programs for disadvantaged and underserved youth
- Sports-related programs for youth
- Faith-based programs
- Drug and alcohol recovery programs
Funding Information
- Grants will range from $10,000 to $75,000 on average.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a public charity, organized under IRC sec. 501(c)(3) and qualified under IRC sec. 170(b)(1)(a).
- Applicant organization furthers the mission of the Foundation, serving disadvantaged youth, individuals or families in Orange County or the Coachella Valley.
Use of Funds
- Grants may be used for:
- Operating expenses,
- Capital expenses, or
- Programs and projects.
