Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this program, the applicant must:
- Have fewer than 100 employees
- Have received an Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Back 2 Business NewBiz Grant.
- Be located immediately adjacent of to the Illinois capitol complex. For purposes of this NOFO, the Illinois capitol complex is the area bound by Monroe St, Second St., Edwards St., and College St. in downtown Springfield.
