This is an Artist In Residence Grant open to established filmmakers based in Chicago, IL whose work in front of and behind the camera aims to serve narratives that further Artistry, Diversity and Equity and uplift those from historically underserved communities.

Eligibility & Requirements
- The filmmaker must have written and/or directed a produced feature film that has been distributed theatrically, or screened at an established US-based film festival). They are looking at filmmakers with a strong body of work that must be reflected in their submission materials. The filmmaker must be based in Chicago and intend to remain in Chicago through 2025.
- Foundation welcomes applications for these grant programs from all eligible applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity / gender expression, disability status, or any other identity.
