Menocause: Ignite Valley Center Fund, an unincorporated group of philanthropically minded members organized to promote charitable giving by men in Central Kansas, has approximately $20,000 available for the purpose of supporting charitable, scientific, or educational purposes related to organizations, projects, programs, and other community efforts in Valley Center.
Eligibility Criteria
- To apply for this opportunity, your organization must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a 501(c)(3) status under the Internal Revenue Service code, be exempt under statute (i.e. educational institution, church, city, or county), or be formally linked to an organization with such distinction
- Management should be in the hands of reliable, ethical, and experienced personnel
- Funding requests should embody one or more of the following criteria:
- Urgency or immediacy, to address a demonstrated need
- Excitement, because it is a bold new venture
- Creativity, in providing new solutions to age-old problems.
