The purpose of this grant is to fund an entity to meaningfully engage and educate tenants of buildings participating in the AHRA about energy efficiency and electrification, including benefits and technologies to achieve carbon neutrality, and to increase resident support for and satisfaction with efficiency and electrification retrofits.
