Individual artists and community and civic groups can apply for grants of up to $2,500 to support artistic projects or cultural activities that benefit the West Philadelphia community, and for direct operating support for individual artists and organizations working in the West Philadelphia creative community.
The goal is to be inclusive and support a diverse range of creative voices and experiences within West Philadelphia.
Applicants can apply for either a Project Grant or General Operating Support:
- Project Grants: Funding for artistic projects or cultural activities that benefit the West Philadelphia community, up to $2,500 each.
- General Operating Grants: Direct operating support for individual artists and organizations working in the West Philadelphia creative community, up to $2,500 each.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are welcome from:
- Artists, curators, community members, centers, organizations, educators, collectives, informal groups, students (over 18), etc.
- Emerging artists, novice artists, career artists, mid-career artists, commercial, craft, hobby and retired artists.
