A Celebration of Achievement

The awards ceremony was attended by groups from various Further Education and Training (FET) centers across Tipperary, including Nenagh, Borrisoleigh, Borrisokane, Newport, Ballina, Rearcross, Thurles, and Roscrea. The event was a testament to the hard work and commitment of both the learners and the staff who supported them throughout their educational journeys.

Sean Flaherty, a participant from Borrisokane Men’s Shed, shared his experiences during the ceremony. He received a component certificate for Level 3 Internet Skills and spoke about the benefits of the classes, stating, "In these classes, we have learned all about how to connect to family and friends via various methods of communication as well as a range of topics to help us understand technology and stay safe online."

Awards Presentation

Roger Kennedy, Chairperson of Tipperary ETB, presented the awards to the learners, recognizing their hard work and achievements. The courses offered ranged from foundational skills to advanced qualifications, catering to a diverse group of learners.
