Details:
The maximum grant request amount ranges from $10,000 to $25,000, depending on the focus area of the request. Requests can be made for one or two years. The total for a two-year request cannot exceed the maximum request amount.
Projects should be serving Putnam County exclusively and address one of the following focus areas.
- Requests can be made for up to $25,000 to:
- Support and expand safety net programs serving Putnam County
- Improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, including Veterans and First Responders with service related disabilities.
- Requests can be made for up to $10,000 to:
- Expand access to quality out-of-school time programs for children and youth focused on academic progress, physical well-being, emotional health and related positive youth development areas.
Grant Period
June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2027.
Eligibility Criteria
- Active 501(c)(3) status, and a 2-year work history
- Serving Putnam County.
Ineligibility
- Fundraising event sponsorships
- School fundraising organizations (PTAs, boosters, etc)
- Programs promoting religious beliefs
- Requests outside of Putnam County.
