This year, Neighborhood Grant funding is intended for projects that enhance public safety. Program funding is provided to improve a neighborhood’s quality of life, increase public safety, and help prevent crime in the neighborhoods. Successful grant proposals will have a sustained positive impact on Omaha’s neighborhoods.

Eligibility Criteria
- Organizations must have a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). Applicants must submit an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) W-9 form with their application. If an organization is using a fiscal agent, a W-9 must be completed by the fiscal agent and submitted with your organization’s application.
- Must not have an outstanding grant or unfinished projects.
- Grant projects must benefit neighborhood residents. Businesses are not eligible to apply under this program.
