Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation is offering grants in two key areas:
- Civil Legal Aid to the Poor
- This funding supports organizations that provide direct legal services to low-income individuals, develop self-help legal resources, or facilitate pro bono legal aid through the use of volunteer, private attorneys.
- Administration of Justice

Funding Information

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, your organization must:
- be an organization that qualifies as an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or a government entity charged by law with functions that relate to the administration of justice or legal education;
- be in good standing with the State of Arkansas;
- timely submit a complete application;
- have adequate internal accounting controls that are capable of tracking grant-related expenditures;
- Agree not to use grant funds for lobbying activities of any kind; and
- provide a signed Grant Assurances Agreement within thirty (30) days of notification of a grant award.
