Submission Guidelines
- In order to apply for this funding opportunity, you must be a Maryland-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing.
- To submit your proposal, please provide:
- A cover page with your organization name, address, website, email, tax-ID (EIN), and point of contact.
- A brief description of no more than 2 pages outlining your organization’s mission, goals, and the details of the proposed project. Please explain clearly:
- How your project will catalyze young people using technology to improve people’s lives.
- The impact you expect the project to have, and on which community.
- How you plan to use the project funding.
- If you had the funds to do so, how you would scale your project for greater impact.
- Any additional supporting materials (e.g., annual reports, flyers, links, videos, or pictures) that showcase your organization.

The evaluation team will review submissions based on the following criteria:
- 501(c)3 nonprofit status.
- Maryland-focused.
