The iMPRoVE project provides an assessment survey tool for victim service providers to be able to measure outcomes and assess the effectiveness and quality of services provided to their clients.
The goal of this solicitation is for the award recipient to implement, manage, and sustain the Measures for Providers Responding to Victimization Experiences (iMPRoVE) project for victim service providers. - OVC anticipates making one award of up to $1.5 million for up to a 36-month period of performance, to begin on October 1, 2022.

- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education

- Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Private institutions of higher education
- Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)
- City or township governments
- Special district governments
- Independent school districts
- For purposes of this solicitation, “state” means any state if the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
