Eligibility Criteria
- 501(c)3 organizations or other IRS approved entities (government entities, school districts and churches) serving the following counties in Missouri are eligible to apply: Adair, Bates, Benton, Cedar, Cooper, Dade, Dallas, Greene, Howard, Howell, Laclede, Lawrence, Moniteau, Morgan, Oregon, Pettis, Polk, St. Clair, Texas, Vernon, Webster, Wright.
