Eligibility Criteria
- Organizations applying must be a 501(c)(3) organization or have a 501(c)(3) organization fiduciary sponsor.
- Beneficiaries of funded activities/projects/proposals must be a majority women and youth (girls) of Asian heritage or identify with the following geo/culture regions: East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Pacific Islanders and Central Asia.

- Individuals
- Campaigns to elect public officials or for political or lobbying efforts
- Programs that promote religious activities, proselytize or require adherence to a particular religion
- Projects that take place before the completion of the grant making process
- Projects inconsistent with federal, state, and local nondiscrimination ordinances regarding equal employment opportunity
- Grants that ultimately will go wholly to another agency other than the applicant (pass through) unless the other agency is the applicant’s fiscal sponsor
- Organizations that have the ability to levy taxes, e.g., government agencies, school districts, city offices or departments).
