Funding Requirements
Participation in and completion of the Pathway to Sustainability Training, which includes the following:
- Completion of two (2) hours of Board training (with at least 75% of Board members participating in complete training) and Board minutes/approval identifying agency’s position on and commitment to Pathway to Sustainability within four (4) months of signing of the grant agreement
- Participation by organization representative in at least 75% of monthly cohort meetings including four staff trainings
- Completion of one-year anniversary audit of acceptance of Charity Tracker software and agency accountability to the Pathway model demonstrated through Charity Tracker Outcomes Report and presentation at Final Outcomes Meeting.
Eligibility Criteria
All grants from this Fund must be made for charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes to an organization that is described in IRS code as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Qualified organizations also include schools, religious institutions, or government agencies (when the funds are used for a public purpose) located in the Greater Huntsville area.
