Bridging Generations Fund is designed to support healthy and fulfilling lives of older adults in the community.
The purpose of the Bridging Generations Fund is to make grants to benefit and enrich life for older adults in Newaygo County. Grant requests are accepted for projects or programs that promote:
- Physical health of older adults in the community
- Mental/emotional well-being of older adults and their caregivers
- Social enrichment and prevention of social isolation
- Basic human services for older adults.
Ineligibility
Grants to individuals, the purchase of property, indirect costs, sponsorships of one-time or special events, existing obligations, religious programing requiring affiliation and/or religious instruction, or projects that began prior to award notification.
