The Neighborhood Spotlight Awards celebrate individuals and organizations creating meaningful impact within their neighborhoods in Baltimore City and Baltimore County and, as a result, inspire others to take up similar work. The purpose of the Neighborhood Spotlight Awards is to:
- Recognize residents making a difference in their neighborhoods
- Provide other residents with the tools for making change in their own neighborhoods
- Tell the diverse story of neighborhood leadership from across Baltimore.
Funding Information
A $5,000 gift in honor of the awardee to any single Baltimore-area 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of their choice.
Eligibility Criteria
Any individual, group of volunteers, or small business that has made an important or meaningful impact in their own neighborhood within the past two years in Baltimore City or County.
