City of Tolleson are seeking a committed community partner to serve as the official liquor license designee for all City-sanctioned events over a term of up to two years.
This partnership offers an exciting opportunity for one nonprofit to receive 100% of net proceeds from liquor sales at major City events, including:
- Whoopee Daze Festival (March)
- Luces de Navidad (December)
- Other approved City events throughout the year
The selected organization will be responsible for:
- Securing the appropriate Arizona Department of Liquor licenses
- Purchasing and serving alcohol during events
- Ensuring compliance with Arizona liquor laws
- Covering all associated costs (license fees, insurance, inventory)

Eligiblity Criteria
