Examples include, but are not limited to, infrastructure, site work, new construction, rehabilitation of existing housing stock, repurposing existing structures for residential use, housing trust funds, and other projects or programming that positively impact the value or number of housing units. Projects or programs are subject to prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Cities, townships, nonprofits, counties, Tribal governments and governmental entities created pursuant to Minnesota Statutes within the Iron Range Resources & Rehabilitation service area.
