Eligibility Criteria
- Open to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations operating in Fauquier, Rappahannock, and Culpeper counties.
- The PATH Foundation does not provide unrestricted support to faith communities, schools, governments, or fire/EMS organizations. However, they will consider requests for new or ongoing community-facing programs in the following four priority areas:
- Access to Health
- Childhood Wellness
- Mental Health
- Senior Services
- Requests must be consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the PATH Foundation.
