This targeted grant program offers to $10,000 to $20,000 in funding to eligible businesses located in ZIP codes 90265 (Malibu) and 90290 (Topanga).
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, your business must:
- Be located in Malibu or Topanga
- Have suffered customer loss due to PCH and/or Topanga Blvd closures
- Have $6M or less in annual gross revenue
- Have 100 or fewer employees
- Have a grant applicant who is the majority owner
- Be the primary income source for the owner in 2024
- Be active, operating, and in good standing with all tax/licensing authorities
- Be registered and operating in California before Jan 1, 2025
- Show a 10%+ revenue decline from Jan–May 2025 vs. the same period in 2024, due to road closures
- Not appear on the ineligible business list.
