This free program shares information about local government operations and services provided by the Town. Participants will meet Town Council members and Town staff to learn the nuts and bolts of municipal processes.

Participants will learn about many topics, including:
- The Town’s History
- Council-Manager Government
- Planning & Land Use
- Economic Development
- Uptown Normal
- Public Safety
- Community Enrichment & Culture
- Community Partners.
Eligibility Criteria
Community members at least 15 years old with a desire to learn about the community. No prior community leadership is required. Priority placement will be given to Town of Normal residents.
