Neighborhood Jobs Trust Technical Assistance grant aims to develop the capacity of up to 15 such organizations to secure funding from foundations, state, and local sources, in order to support activities that help Boston residents access good jobs leading to greater economic stability.

Eligible organizations must have operating budgets between $300,000 and $1,500,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization or institute of higher education that serves Boston residents. Organizations should also currently provide workforce development programming which leads to job placements for low- and moderate-income adult (18+) Boston residents, including any combination of the following:
- Job Readiness activities
- Occupational Skills Training
- Adult Basic Education (ABE)
- HiSET preparation
- English for speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
