- Leadership: How has the nominee worked to promote or improve the agriculture industry in Colorado?
- Community Involvement: How does he/she give back? Has he or she served on a board or volunteered for an organization over the last 5 years? Do they belong to any associations or civic organizations? How is this person influencing the community at large?
