Details:

The Stellantis Impact Neighborhood Fund was created as a provision of the Community Benefits Agreement for the 2019 expansion of the Stellantis (formerly FCA) Mack Avenue Assembly Plant. The use of this fund was determined through intensive resident engagement during the Greater Warren/Conner Neighborhood Framework in 2023 and 2024. In order to support the work of local community organizations to improve quality of life in their neighborhood, the Neighborhood Beautification Program will utilize $198,000 of the fund for projects in the Stellantis CBO Impact Area.

Applicants to the Stellantis Impact Neighborhood Fund are highly encouraged to propose projects and programs that respond to and advance the recommendations of the Greater Warren/Conner Neighborhood Framework, specifically in the areas of neighborhood stabilization, resilience zone implementation, commercial and economic development, mobility and streets, parks and open space, and climate resilience and health equity.
