Details:
Priority will be given to providers serving or located in marginalized, low-income communities, or communities of color. Providers who help support racial equity will also be prioritized.
Funding Information
- Applications are limited to $125,000 each fiscal year or $250,000 total.
- The recipient of the $150,000 Direct Appropriation is eligible to apply for this funding, as long the application request does not exceed $100,000.
Grant Period
December 10, 2025 and to end on June 30, 2027.
Program Costs
- Program Costs are expenses directly related to delivering the services, activities, or objectives outlined in the grant agreement. See Program Costs – Examples Eligible for Reimbursement listed in the Scope of Work.
- Backup documentation is required as proof of payment for Program Costs.
Eligibility Criteria
The Organization must:
- be licensed to do business in Washington or submit a statement of commitment that it will become licensed in Washington within thirty (30) calendar days of being selected as the Apparent Successful Applicant and
- provide services to benefit communities in WA state, and
- have at least two (2) years of experience distributing diaper resources.
