The CCCF considers grants for initiatives, services and events that work to enhance the health, well-being, experiences and quality of life for residents. The CCCF looks to provide impactful, transformative support to nonprofits and municipal entities serving a range of county residents.

Eligibility Criteria
- Proof of tax-exempt designation under Section 501(c)(3) described in Section 509(a) of the IRS Code.
- Applicants must serve Clinton County residents.
- Proof of active Pennsylvania Bureau of Corporations and Charitable (BCCO) Certification, or a letter from Pennsylvania explaining BCCO Exemption.
- Provide a copy of organization’s previous year, completed IRS 990.
