The Suter Company is proud to offer a total of $100,000 to 501(c)3 non-profit organizations that impact residents of DeKalb County, Illinois.
Grantmaking Priorities
The Suter Company believes in supporting organizations and projects that will have a significant impact within the DeKalb County, Illinois community. We will prioritize grant applications that:
- Support organizations with projects and services that enhance the quality of life in DeKalb County, Illinois.
- Encourage programs and projects that enhance cooperation and collaboration among organizations within DeKalb County, Illinois.
- Assist organizations to better respond to clearly defined unmet needs within the community.
- Leverage funds and in-kind support, such as using “seed” money, “match” and “challenge” grantsand funds from multiple sources.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible applicants are 501(c)3 non-profit organizations that provide direct assistance, services, and/or benefits to DeKalb County, Illinois residents.
- Organizations must be in good standing with the IRS and have a current 990 on file.
- Organizations must have a valid EIN number.
- Applicants may apply in more than one grant cycle until they receive a grant. Organizations can only receive one grant during the 2025 period.
