Competitive grants are made available yearly from unrestricted funds in the areas of:
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be one of the following:
- 501(c)(3) organization
- 170(c)(1) governmental entity
- Civic organization, school, or church
- Organization with a fiscal sponsor.
Grant Requirements
- Grant requests cannot exceed 40% of the total project budget
- Organizations may have only one active grant at a time
- Organizations with incomplete previous grants cannot apply for a new cycle
- All grantees must agree to a site visit by Foundation Board Member(s)
- All grantees must recognize the Enhance Hamilton County Foundation as a funder through print media, radio, social media, posters, signage, website, or other means
- An organizational budget may be requested during the application review process.
