Organizations must be located in or primarily serve Baker County and include:
- Local government entities Federally
- Qualified Health Centers
- Behavioral health providers
- Nonprofit organizations (501(c)3 or equivalent
- Tribal governments or entities
- School districts and education service providers
- Recovery community organizations
