The theme for the 20th annual Housing for Everyone initiative is supporting eviction prevention through early intervention in low-to moderate-income (LMI) communities.
Housing loss from eviction, displacement or gaps in safety nets destabilizes families, causing school disruption, job loss, poor health and insecurity. To address these barriers, we’re funding select organizations with innovative approaches that prevent eviction and provide stability so renters can remain in their communities.
The 2026 Housing for Everyone program will award $10 million to select organizations focused on supporting eviction prevention through early intervention strategies that promote long-term housing stability for renters in low- to moderate-income communities.
