The Impact100 Metro Denver grant is a one-time, $100,000 Impact Grant to empower a Denver area non-profit to significantly impact its ability to meet its mission and serve its constituents. This is money for general operating expenses, designed to allow an organization to serve its constituents.

Eligibility Criteria
- 501(c)(3) status
- Annual operating expenses between $500,000 and $2.5 million during the most recently completed fiscal year
- At least 65% of programming emphasis directed to constituents in one or more of the seven Metro Denver counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson
- A demonstrated commitment to constituent engagement and racial equity
- Documentation required in the grant application.
