- IWCF funds requests from government agencies, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, public educational institutions, and tax-exempt religious entities.
- Implemented in the counties of Ada, Adams, Boise, Camas, Canyon, Elmore, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Valley and Washington by nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and tax-exempt religious entities.
