The F.M., Anne G., and Beverly B. Bistline Foundation was founded by Beverly Bistline of Pocatello to pay special tribute to her parents and their commitment to the arts, as well as to further her own support within the field. Beverly was a former state legislator, a veteran who served in the US Navy during and shortly after World War II and an attorney who was the 26th woman admitted to the Idaho State Bar. She passed away in October 2010.

- Grants to support arts activities that will provide entertainment or art-related education to the general public. Such grants may support programs, classes, performances, concerts, exhibits, seminars and other arts activities that engage members of the community in general. Grants of this type may, for example, help organizations acquire or repair musical instruments; acquire, repair, restore or improve performance and training facilities; pay fees and expenses associated with bringing out of town artists and performers into town to perform or offer training and educational experiences to local artists; or help pay costs of producing a performance or program.
- Grants to support the education, skills training, performance or display opportunities for local artists. These grants may include helping an organization provide scholarships for local artists to attend a training, education program or performance either locally or out of town. Scholarships must be determined by the organization in a non-discriminatory fashion and should consider financial need.
- Government entities including local governments and libraries
