Eligibility Criteria
The Buell Foundation provide grants to organizations that are tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or government entities. Applicants must be categorized as “not a private foundation” under section 509(a) of the Code. Some specific requirements follow:
