You must be able to answer ,des to all:
- Does your non-profit have an office or provide services within the boundaries of Marshall County
- Does your non-profit have an EIN and DUNS number and a SAMs account?
- Does your non-profit serve the general public?
- Do you have a valid State of West Virginia business license?
- If you are located in a municipality do you have a valid municipal business license?
- Is your annual registration with the Secretary of State up-to-date or Does your non-profit qualify for an exemption under WV Code 29-19-6?
