The purpose of the Tier Three Project Support program is to provide grant funding for arts and cultural projects, programs, and services to the public executed by Onondaga County nonprofit organizations designated as Tier Three Agencies.

- Total Available Funding: approximately $198,000 (finalized total will be announced shortly).
- Award Amount: $1,000 to $10,000.

January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
Eligible Project
Eligible project requests will:
- Illustrate a meaningful public-facing, accessible arts and culture component, including but not limited to: performance, exhibition, arts education, or public discourse.
Qualifications
An organization can be considered Tier Three if:
- It has been established for at least 3 years as a 501(c)(3) organization, with a board of directors
- It has an annual budget of at least $20,000
- The majority of its programming (at least 60%) is arts and culture-focused
Eligibility Criteria
In addition to meeting the Tier Three criteria, applicant organizations must:
- Have capacity to report on financial status and attendance on an annual basis or upon request.
- Have a non-discrimination policy in effect.
