Eligibility Criteria
All 501(c)(3) and 501(c) (19) organizations serving Pennsylvania Service Members, Veterans, or their Families (SMVF) are eligible to apply for VTF funding. Applications should include documentation (i.e., mission statement, charter, bylaws) that establishes at least one of the organization’s primary missions is serving Pennsylvania veterans or their families.
