Inclusive prosperity is a decrease in poverty rates without displacement of community members, as defined in research conducted by Common Good Labs and published by the Brookings Institution.
Successful applications will draw a clear line between their project and/or program and its positive impact upon at least one of the following indicators identified in the study above:
- Decreasing Displacement Risk
- Increasing Rates of Homeownership
- Decreasing Residential Vacancy Rates
- Increasing Housing Density
- Increasing Self-Employment Rate
- Strengthening Community Organizations

Up to $25,000.
Grant Period
June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2028.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofit organizations with a current 501(c)(3) public charity or private operating foundation status, or religious institution
- 2-year work history
- Annual operating budget of $100,000 or above
- Located in and serving at least one of these counties: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns
Ineligibility
- Athletic associations
- Fundraising event sponsorships
- Programs promoting religious beliefs
- Schools (public, private and charter) and school-based organizations (PTAs, boosters, etc.)
- Requests outside region (Applicants must be in: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns
