Grant funding is prioritized on a project’s potential impact on healthcare improvements and access for individuals and communities, particularly the uninsured and underserved population.
Funding Information
- Grants may be up to $50,000.
- Grants are for a 12-month period – from July 1 through June 30.
Eligibility Criteria
- Organizations with 501c3 status in good standing with the IRS
- Organizations able to provide audited financials (no more than 2 years old, audited by an independent, qualified CPA firm)
- Organizations whose operations or projects are located in DC, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and/or Texas
- Organizations that align with Qlarant Foundation’s mission to “Improve the Health of Individuals and Communities” by
- Improving access to high-quality, cost-efficient health care services for the uninsured and underserved population
- Improving education and understanding of health issues and health information to improve long-term health outcomes
- Championing healthy communities by executing high-impact public health initiatives
