Objective
Santa Rosa Tourism Business Improvement Area (SRTBIA) Event Support Program is an application and award process for event support, with a primary goal of fostering events that attract overnight visitors and boost destination vitality.
Grant Period
Jan. 1 through June 30, 2027.
Eligibility Criteria
- Events must take place in Santa Rosa City limits.
- Event Support amounts are determined by how well the event addresses program guidelines, eligibility, and funding availability year to year.
- To qualify for SRTBIA funding events must attract visitors, tailor marketing efforts outside of Sonoma County and neighboring counties as well as contribute to destination vitality and placemaking. These events may be ticketed or free to attend. This is funded by the City of Santa Rosa and Visit Santa Rosa.
