- Activity 1: Ongoing Employment Support Services for Individuals who are Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing. Grants for this activity are to provide statewide ongoing employment support services to individuals who are deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing and to empower individuals to maintain and advance in competitive, integrated employment.
- Activity 2: Employment Services for Transition-Aged Youth who are Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing. Grants for this activity are to provide statewide employment services to transition-aged youth who are deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing.

Eligibility Criteria
